pk07 is an English-language platform targeted at Pakistani users. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an account or use any betting or gaming feature on the Platform. pk07 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. Each user may hold only one registered Account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of pk07 or its affiliated companies, suppliers and partners are not permitted to register or use an account for betting or gaming purposes.
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must notify pk07 of any changes to your registered details promptly.
Before processing your first withdrawal — and in certain cases before processing deposits above threshold amounts — pk07 requires you to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submitting:

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
pk07 endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pk07 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Accepted methods and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed within your Account. Deposit values are typically displayed in PKR.
pk07 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific payment method. Users should check the live cashier before initiating a transfer. Third-party fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Once approved, withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. Processing times vary by method and may be subject to additional verification for large amounts.
The Platform primarily references PKR for transaction amounts. Where currency conversion is applied, the applicable rate will be disclosed at the point of transaction. pk07 is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit or withdrawal activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pk07 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its published inactive account policy, as updated from time to time.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play and time-limited validity periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read carefully before opting in.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before any winnings derived from those funds are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be staked thirty times in aggregate qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Any illustrative welcome bonus amount referenced on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 10,000") is subject to published minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and game contribution weightings. Eligibility depends on the terms current at the time of deposit. pk07 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw promotional offers without prior notice.
pk07 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and suspend or close an Account where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been exploited, obtained fraudulently or claimed in breach of these Terms.
All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by pk07. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, void or restrict any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, technical malfunction, or where it is determined that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bet stakes are returned to the user's Account balance.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid price changes reflecting real-time match events. Bets on live markets are accepted at the price available at the time of confirmation, not the price displayed when a bet was initiated. Connectivity delays are the responsibility of the user.
pk07 takes sports integrity seriously. Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with match fixing, insider information or other corrupt activity will be voided and may be reported to relevant sporting or regulatory authorities. This applies to all sports covered on the Platform including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international football leagues.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the property of pk07 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of pk07.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk07 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
pk07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where your continued use poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
Upon Account closure, all access rights and licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution — shall remain in force.
pk07 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notification or email to the address on record. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk07 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws applicable to you. pk07 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in every location.
