• KYC & Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Communications Data: Retained for a period of two years from the date of the communication, unless required longer for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period thereafter for evidentiary purposes.
